Anyone who is lucky enough to be in the Oakland/ SF area March 5th, 7-10 pm, should get on over to the Rowan Morrison gallery for the opening of Rob Sato’s exhibition Blowing the Hatch . Daily Telegraph: Wim Wenders' 'Pina'
The Wim Wenders’ film, Pina about the late, great German Choreographer, Pina Bausch, premiered recently at the Berlin Film Festival. Featuring the song “The Here And After”, co-written by Lisa Papineau and Jun Miyake, the film project is very close to the frequent collaborators’s hearts, as the song was used in one of Pina’s last pieces, 2008’s Sweet Mambo.
